Our groovin babies class (walking - 2 years) on SUNDAY will explore:
Strengthening & flexibility
Balance, jumping, bouncing, walking and running
Brain development
Social development
Breathing activities
Bonding with YOU
This class is offered for FREE and will be filmed for Yoga Teacher training purposes.
Class is from 11-12
*Participants will be asked to sign a video release waiver
Kid’s Yoga Party
Join us at Party Palace in Sarasota for a Yoga Party like no other!
We’ll move, breathe, meditate, create, laugh and connect as we explore yoga and mindful art together.
