In this Yoga Alliance Accredited course, you'll learn how to modify and enhance the yoga class through the use of a chair. Suitable for yoga teachers and caregivers, you'll leave with a thorough understanding of how the chair can be used as a prop to support students with injuries, mobility difficulties, joint replacement, office workers and even kids in school! . You'll also get access to virtual recordings of the class and videos of all our lectures in the online classroom following our session.

Participants must complete:

• Online classroom modules

• In-person training attendance

• Participation in practice teaching exercises

• Completion of all course materials

  Upon completion, students may register for 20 CEU credits with Yoga Alliance of America
